A rebranding project developed for Santo, a communication agency specialized in internal communications and employee engagement. The new identity combines Renaissance references with a contemporary visual language, creating a more distinctive, strategic and recognizable brand.
The challenge
Santo needed to update its identity to better express the strategic value of its work. The challenge was to build a brand with greater presence and personality, capable of communicating intelligence, method and visual culture, while maintaining clarity, versatility and relevance within the corporate environment.
My role
I led the visual strategy, creative concept and art direction of the rebranding. I was responsible for developing the brand's new visual language, including the identity system, symbol, graphic elements and its main applications.
Decisions
Impact is not accidental, it is method
The concept is based on the idea that effective internal communication does not happen through improvisation. It requires strategy, intention and consistency. This principle guided both the verbal positioning and the visual construction of the new brand.
A contemporary interpretation of the classical
The art direction draws from Renaissance references to represent knowledge, intellectual construction and symbolic value. These codes were reinterpreted through contemporary typography, composition and graphic elements, creating a balance between heritage and modernity.
A symbol within the name
The “O” in Santo was transformed into a halo, creating a proprietary element directly connected to the brand name. Beyond reinforcing the symbolic universe of the identity, the element works as a visual signature and strengthens brand recognition across different applications.
